We are Sanne Andree Wiltens and Annebel van Selms, founders of Studio ARCHIE.
Sanne is a Dutch architect based in Haarlem. After earning her Master’s degree in Architecture at TU Delft, she founded Studio Fabrick, where she developed projects for clients such as IBM, KLM, LeasePlan Digital, PostNL, and Nationale Nederlanden.
Annebel is a project manager with over 10 years of experience in large-scale construction and renovation projects at companies including Pon and KLM. With a strong background in project management and high-end interiors, she brings structure, clarity, and execution power to complex renovation processes.
Together, we focus on designing and realizing high-end residential and renovation projects.

What is this place? When was it built? What stories does it hold? And how can it support the lives of those who inhabit it today?
These questions guide every project we undertake. We do not seek to impose a style; instead, we aim to understand the character of a place and reveal its full potential. By carefully balancing architecture, interior and landscape, we create homes that feel coherent, timeless and deeply connected to their surroundings.
We are drawn to natural materials, craftsmanship and the quiet beauty of imperfection. We believe that true luxury is found in authenticity — in spaces that feel comfortable, personal and effortlessly elegant.
